Crew Went the Extra Mile
On one of the coldest nights of February, a Friday night, we came home late to find that our over-the-hill furnace was not working and it had already gotten down to 58 degrees in the house. In spite of his own personal plans with family, within 30 minutes, Mike McGovern of McGovern Heating was here and got it running again until the weather moderated allowing us an opportunity to replace it. We then had McGovern install a new Amana variable speed high efficiency furnace and A/C unit.
We couldn't be happier with the all around quality and integrity of Mike's work. Right down to the fine details, everything was done professionally and with precision, including all aspects of the business transaction.
